If I live outside the postcodes areas you cover, can I still book?

Absolutely. I’m happy to travel further afield. There will be an additional fee for travel time. Please contact me and I can give you a quote. To see a complete list of postcode areas I cover, see the Prices page. 

Do you offer remote support?

Yes I do. There’s no need to struggle at home anymore. I can access your computer using simple software called TeamViewer and get you up and running in no time. Contact me for instructions about how to set this up.

I haven’t bought a computer yet, can you advise me what I should buy?

Definitely. I love helping people choose a new computer. It’s really important to work out what your needs are before buying a new computer. Many people run out of storage space, so buying a computer with adequate specs is essential.

How much do you charge?

I charge £60 per hour. There is no callout fee and you are not charged for my journey time. Minimum fee for a visit to your home is £60. Thereafter I charge in half an hour increments. For full details costs, go to the Prices page.

Can you help with my Windows/PC computer?

I don’t work with the Windows operating system. However if you would like to learn software such as the Microsoft Office package, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, I can still offer training on a PC.

Can you visit me on weekends?

Yes, absolutely. I work flexible hours and am happy to visit you on a weekend. There are no extra charges for weekend visits.
