Most issues with your Mac can be resolved securely and simply using remote support. You’ll be amazed by how much can be accomplished without us even being in the same room.

You don’t even need to install any software as I use the Mac in-built software called Screen Sharing to connect with your computer. All you need to do is provide me with your Apple ID email address and make sure that you are signed in to your iCloud account in your computer’s System Settings.

HOW REMOTE SUPPORT WORKS

  • We will schedule a time for your session either by phone, email or by text.

  • I will call you at the agreed time.

  • Once you are ready, I will connect and you will see a message appear on your desktop asking if you want to give me permission to access your computer. You will accept the request.

  • At this point I will end the phone call and we will begin to speak through the computer. We can both control the computer.

  • The session begins!
